• When booking, the customer must communicate a mobile telephone number including the country code, in the event that does not have a cell is in its interests to provide the facility telephone number in which he/she stays.
• As a result of completing the form it will be automatically sent a "booking request" via e-mail. Lorenzo Prestige Driver will seek to confirm it within 24/36 hours. At this stage, you will be asked for the credit card number, just for protection purposes.
• Any communication amending the return transfer will be sent by e-mail, phone call or sms. It's the client's responsibility to monitor the presence of such informations.
• In the event of transfer cancellation or modifications (eg. change of date, change schedules, etc.), you must send an email at the address ncc.prestige.driver@gmail.com.
• The service can not be canceled within 8 hours of the its start, in which case the service must be paid entirety.
• During the night will be a surcharge of 15% on the basis of the transfer fee. The night time slot is from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM
